北極圏は、その構成機関と北極圏内における様々な国々のパートナーシップ活動の両方により、最も興味深い国際地域の一つであり続けている。2022 年の初めまで、北極圏での協力関係は最も安定しているように思われていた。しかし、現在の地政学的傾向は、北極圏における国際協力の関連性をさらに高い新たなレベルに引き上げ、最適な協力モデルの探求をせざるを得ない新たな多くの課題をもたらしている。現在の地政学的状況は、柔軟な対話形式の構築の必要性によって特徴付けられる。情報技術、軍事、経済的可能性の開発レベルが異なる、数多の強国が世界の政治地図に登場することで、北極圏を含む持続可能な協力関係を支持する分野の主要なリーダーたちにはさらなる追加要件が求められてしまっている。北極評議会におけるロシアの優先事項の一つは社会経済開発であり、特に北極圏・非北極圏の国との間の経験の交換による北極海航路の海域における経済協力の深化、インフラ開発、持続可能な航行が含まれる。

年齢とは何か？外見、社会的地位、人生で出した成果に基づくものなのか？WHOによると、1955年の世界の平均寿命はわずか48歳であったとのことだった。1995年には同指標は65歳まで上昇している。ロシアもまた、2030年までには平均寿命指標である78歳に到達しなければならない。今日、「年齢」という概念は幻となって久しい。20歳の大企業のCEO、15歳のインフルエンサーなどといった人々が現れる一方。60歳で新たな専門職スキルを習得する人々もいる。医学、バイオプロテーゼ、美容、形成外科は急速な発展を遂げている。健康的なライフスタイルの人気はますます勢いを増している。社会的年齢を決定する主要な出来事は、20年前とはまったく異なった形で、生涯にわたってその人の人生に分布しているのが現状である。しかしながら、私たちの意識にしつこく根付いた年齢に対する固定観念もまた未だに存在する。「年齢制限」はどの程度変わったのか？一連の変化は私たちが外見を改善する方法を学んだことで起こったものであり、それは人々が外見年齢と同じように自分の若さを感じる時代が訪れたということを意味するのだろうか？社会の変化は健康全般、特に予防医学にますます注意が向けられるようになった要因なのだろうか？大企業はこの変化をどのように奨励しているのか (化粧品を含め)、またこれに関連してどのような落とし穴が生じ得るのか？国家レベルでその落とし穴を無くすことは可能なのか？臨床医学の観点から見るボディ・ポジティブの流行を脅かすリスクとは？
