Processes in development are believed to be digitalized by no more than 10%. And of all areas, commercial activities and the path of an apartment buyer are the best digitized. Is this true today? For example, tender departments also work with an external audience. How important is a seamless digital path for this audience? During a small public talk, Maxim Zorin, sales director for “Samolet Strana”, and Dmitry Gvozdanny, head of projects for digitalization of procurement of the “Samolet” group, will find common features and differences in the digital path of a client and partner, tell us what digital products divisions use and what effect they bring.

Are murals a quick and budget-friendly to revitalize a drab urban setting, or do they reflect a strong desire for contemporary creativity among Far Eastern communities?
Murals are a form of monumental painting on the walls of architectural structures, primarily in Russia, giving a "second life" to dilapidated buildings. Recently, the popularity of murals has been rapidly increasing. The Far East stands out as one of the regions with the highest concentration of murals in Russia. Is the desire to decorate walls through painting stronger in the Far East compared to the rest of the country? Or do the authorities adeptly employ it to quickly and cost-effectively enhance the environment? What distinguishes Far Eastern murals?
