Siberian Dreams


The Siberian Dreams project is an immersive exhibition exploring the ancient and medieval history of the Urals, Siberia, and the Far East. The exhibition features archaeological artifacts from leading federal and regional museums, alongside contemporary works of art. Designed for “full immersion,” the exhibition engages visitors visually, tactilely, and emotionally. This project is organized by the Tavolga Foundation for the Development of Science and Culture, with support from the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The exhibition will be open throughout the Eastern Economic Forum 2024.

Commercial Port of Vladivostok pavilion (part of FESCO) on the Far East Street

FESCO and the Pacific Meridian are to show films about the Russian Far East


FESCO Transportation group (the Group, FESCO, a company included in the perimeter of State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom (ROSATOM)) and the Pacific Meridians International Film Festival are organizing a series of film screenings within the Eastern Economic Forum. The program will include films that highlight the uniqueness of Russian Far East. The festival will take place from September 3 to 8 at the Commercial Port of Vladivostok pavilion (part of FESCO) on the Far East Street.

The film screenings will complement the cultural program of the EEF. It will tell the participants about what the Far East is. The program is scheduled of documentary and fiction films selected by the Pacific Meridians festival crew. For example, «Call of Kalni» will introduce viewers to the authentic culture of small peoples. And the «Marine» and the «Heart of Ussuri Taiga» will show exceptional flora and fauna of the Russian Far East. In addition, visitors will be shown films about port and logistics professions: dock worker, tallyman, sea captain and others.

An essential part of the film program are the works of the All-Russian Travel Contest «Far East – The Land of Adventure». It is held at the initiative of Yury Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District.

From September 3 to 6, the pavilion on the Far East Street will be available for participants and guests of the Eastern Economic Forum. And on September 7 to 8 there will be the days of free visit, film screenings will be available for everyone.

The permanent collection of the Primorye State Art Gallery showcases iconic works of Russian art, from Old Russian iconography and church artifacts to masterpieces by Fyodor Rokotov, Vladimir Borovikovsky, Orest Kiprensky, Vasily Tropinin, Ilya Repin, Valentin Serov, and other luminaries of Russian portraiture.
