‘Far Eastern Constellation’ Cultural Festival


The festival will present the best artistic collectives from the nine regions that make up Russia’s Far Eastern Federal District. The concert programme celebrates the eightieth anniversary of the founding of Primorsky Territory. The event will take place on Sportivnaya Naberezhnaya. Located on the banks of Amur Bay, this embankment is a favourite place for locals and visitors to relax. It stands out due to its accessibility, its pedestrian areas, and its wide variety of cafés and attractions for children and adults alike.
On 13 September, collectives representing Khabarovsk Territory, the Jewish Autonomous Region, and Chukotka Autonomous Area will perform.

Admission is free.

Carnival of Venice


The musical theatre production The Carnival of Venice is a synthesis of music and theatre, a costume show that amazes with its variety of styles and originality of artistic performance, and a display of the Philharmonic’s most brilliant vocalists, accompanied by the Pacific Symphony Orchestra. In the refined atmosphere of the old hall, the audience will enjoy the most dramatic scenes from various operettas and musicals.
The Pacific Symphony Orchestra is conducted by Honoured Artist of Russia Anatoly Smirnov, directed by Ekaterina Kuchuk, and includes artists from the Primorsky Regional Philharmonic and the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre.

Ivan Bessonov (piano, Russia), winner of the 19th Eurovision Young Musicians competition, Ziyu He (violin, China), Tae Hyung Kim (piano, South Korea), and Kanon Matsuda (piano, Japan). Led by Principal Conductor of the Primorsky Stage Pavel Smelkov.
