Booking plane tickets: terms and procedure

Aeroflot, the official air carrier of the Eastern Economic Forum, suggests that Forum participants book seats along the following routes:

‘Moscow SVO – Vladivostok VVO’: departure dates 1 and 2 September 2024;
We are no longer accepting applications for tickets on the Moscow–Vladivostok–Moscow route. Please use airline websites or aggregator companies to search for tickets.
‘Vladivostok VVO – Moscow SVO’: departure dates 7 and 8 September 2024.

BOOKING PLANE TICKETS: TERMS AND PROCEDURE

You can book either one Economy class ticket (Moscow – Vladivostok – Moscow) or two Economy class tickets (one Moscow – Vladivostok and one Vladivostok – Moscow).

Within 24 hours from the moment you submit your request, you will receive an email to the address specified in your request with information about your booking, ticketing deadlines and possible payment options. If there are no seats available on the selected flights, you will be offered alternative options on other flights (subject to availability).

Please note:

When processing booking requests, first of all, new requests are processed automatically. Making changes to already submitted requests may take several days. Please fill out the booking form request carefully.

HOW CAN I BOOK TICKETS?

Participants who have received an invitation to the Forum can book tickets in the Roscongress personal account (‘My events – Eastern Economic Forum – Event dashboard – Flight booking’ tab).

Please go to the Roscongress personal account (‘Events – Eastern Economic Forum – Flight booking’ tab) in order to book tickets, if you have not applied to participate in the Forum.

Media representatives, partners, and exhibitors can book tickets in the ‘Booking plane tickets’ tab in the personal web office.

PAYMENT AND ISSUE OF PLANE TICKETS

The validity of a confirmed reservation is five days. There are several ways to pay for and obtain plane tickets.

All changes to tickets are made in accordance with Aeroflot's fare rules.
For ticket changes and refunds, please contact Aeroflot.

At Aeroflot sales offices

You will need your reservation number, and an original or copy of an identification document (passport or copy of the 2nd and 3rd pages of your passport) in order to be issued your ticket.

Participants who have received an invitation to the Eastern Economic Forum can also book Comfort and Business Class tickets by arrangement with the Forum's Organizing Committee.
