Cooperation between Russia and China in the field of fundamental science rests on a strong foundation. However, both the dynamic development of global science and current international realities are shaping new challenges for competitive cooperation in basic research. What are the areas of shared interest and the next steps towards strengthening cooperation? What difficulties are scientists from Russia and China encountering along the way? Is collaboration within a large research infrastructure the basis for long-term scientific and technical cooperation? Digital Tools for Promoting Russian Educational and Scientific Technologies in Foreign Markets


The International Platform for Scientific and Technical Cooperation and Interuniversity Collaboration is aimed at providing organizational, methodological and informational support to Russian educational and scientific organizations in the development of interaction with foreign partners and international organizations. The platform functionality will provide for organizational, methodological and informational support to Russian educational and scientific organizations in the development of interaction with foreign partners and international organizations. The platform also has the potential to select candidates for training in Russia under the quota system, and subsequently, in the implementation of the grant support program.
