Participation packages and fees

For 2024, the Eastern Economic Forum is offering a single participation package.

Please be aware that attendance at the EEF 2024 plenary session is not included in the participation package and is by special invitation only

The price will increase on 16 May 2024.

* The price indicated is for one person only. No discounts are offered for participation in the Forum.

The price for the "Participant" package will increase on 16 May 2024 to RUB 380,000 / EUR 5,208 / USD 5,592 for the "Participant" package. You can pay for your participation in the Forum at the reduced price until 16 May.

Registration quotas

In order to maintain a high level of attendance at the Forum and encourage participation from a broad range of organizations and companies, the organizers have put the following restrictions in place:

If the delegation is led by the head of a company (CEO / general or managing director, chair of the management board or board of directors), the company may apply for up to 6 participant packages.

If the delegation is led by somebody other than the head of a company, the company may apply for up to 4 participant packages.

The Participant package fee is to be paid for each representative attending the event.

Please note that if the quota for participants from a given company is exceeded, the participation fee for the first additional participant will be 20% above the package price.

The participation fee for each subsequent participant will increase by 50% of the package price.
