For 2024, the Eastern Economic Forum is offering a single participation package.
Please be aware that attendance at the EEF 2024 plenary session is not included in the participation package and is by special invitation only

* The price indicated is for one person only. No discounts are offered for participation in the Forum.
Apply to participate How do I pay the participation fee?
In order to maintain a high level of attendance at the Forum and encourage participation from a broad range of organizations and companies, the organizers have put the following restrictions in place:

If the delegation is led by the head of a company (CEO / general or managing director, chair of the management board or board of directors), the company may apply for up to 6 participant packages.

If the delegation is led by somebody other than the head of a company, the company may apply for up to 4 participant packages.
The Participant package fee is to be paid for each representative attending the event.
Please note that if the quota for participants from a given company is exceeded, the participation fee for the first additional participant will be 20% above the package price.
The participation fee for each subsequent participant will increase by 50% of the package price.
Falcon Day International Forum serves as a pivotal expert platform for comprehensive dialogue and sharing experience between representatives of relevant agencies (both in Russia and abroad), international experts, and scientists specializing in the protection of birds of prey and rare birds that require special conservation measures.
The Forum will take place on the opening day of the 9th Eastern Economic Forum, 3 September 2024 in Vladivostok.
EEF 2024 participants can attend the events of the Falcon Day International Forum for free with their badge. Log in to your Roscongress personal account and confirm your participation in the Forum.

Application review process

Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.

If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the EEF 2024 and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days. To participate in the Eastern Economic Forum, you must have a written invitation issued by the Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject an application without justification.
Confirming your attendance
Once you have received an invitation, please confirm your participation by going to the ‘My events – EEF 2024 – Event dashboard’ section of your account.
If you do not intend to attend the event, please inform the organizers of your preference through your personal account.
Badge collection
An accreditation badge is required to enter the Eastern Economic Forum venue. To collect your badge, you must:

Enter your personal information in full in accordance with your passport

Upload a required photo for your badge
Photo requirements:
- Colour photo against a light background
- Photo size – 480 × 640 pixels
- Photo format – JPG or JPEG
- Full-face photo with no headgear
- Your face must take up at least 70% of the photo

Please make sure that the scanned copy is legible and contains complete information about the data you gave when registering, including the series and number of the document, the issue date, the issuing authority, and a photo.

Declining participation
If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the event, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation.

Substituting a participant
A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the event for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Eastern Economic Forum 2024.
The specialist’s contact information can be found in the Roscongress personal account and in your invitation letter.
