Opening of Kuzbass Art Gallery


The opening ceremony will be accompanied by a tour featuring Kuzbass-born actress of the stage and screen Alena Babenko. Visitors will enjoy a performance piece given by soloists from the Flexx ballet troupe. They will also be the first to visit the gallery’s bar, where they can enjoy a tasting session of Kuzbass teas.
The exhibition will feature an interactive zone with a screen on which pictures will ‘come to life’.
At the ceremony, guests will be treated to a screening of the film The Moth, a discussion with the leading actress and producer Alena Babenko, and an autograph session.

Arts evening with Evgeny Grishkovets


Kuzbass Art Gallery

Evgeny Grishkovets is a playwright, film actor, stage director, novelist, and musician; he comes from the capital of Kuzbass and is an Honoured Citizen of the city of Kemerovo.
It was Grishkovets who taught the public that a theatrical performance is not so much a show as it is an intimate dialogue; he is a writer who superlatively captures the atmosphere of our everyday lives.
At this event, Art Gallery guests will have the chance to participate in a Q&A on Grishkovets’ work and discuss the influence his home town had on his journey to becoming an actor. Grishkovets will also be signing autographs.

Youth Business Party

The Rospredprenimatel Federal State Budgetary Institution supported by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs organize the Youth Business Party. The event aims to contribute to youth entrepreneurship development and establish a youth business community.
The participants, including young entrepreneurs from all over Russia, will go on an exciting boat trip along the Vladivostok coastline. The voyage will be followed by a reception at the Angar Loft. Alexander Bugayev, Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs will welcome the guests. The event is planned in a form of a controlled networking session, which aims at helping young entrepreneurs meet the right people to build long-term, prospective connections. The evening programme will be brightened up by a performance from the Aura cover band.

Arts evening with Vladimir Mashkov


Kuzbass Art Gallery

Vladimir Mashkov is a Soviet and Russian actor, a theatre and film director, a scriptwriter, and a film producer. He is Artistic Director at the Oleg Tabakov Theatre, winner of the Nika, Golden Eagle, and TEFI prizes for film and TV, and both an Honoured Artist and a People’s Artist of the Russian Federation.
The event will take the form of a Q&A on Mashkov’s creative development, his new projects, and his plans for the future. Mashkov will also be signing autographs.

What? Where? When?


Visitors can take part in the legendary game, testing themselves as experts and enjoying an intellectual show compered by Mikhail Skipsky, an expert in the What? Where? When? Club and twice winner of the Crystal Owl, and Andrey Maximov, the well-known actor and scriptwriter. The theme for the evening will be ‘Golden Heads of the World’. Questions from geniuses of today and of past centuries, whose discoveries and achievements have contributed to the progress of science and technology, the development of world culture and art, will be specially selected for Forum delegates.

A chance for members of the fair sex from across the Far Eastern Federal District and guest region Kemerovo to compete for the ‘Beauty of the Far East Street’ title. Participants will show off their talents, participate in a public speaking competition, and present the uniqueness and distinctiveness of their region. A truly vibrant and action-packed show awaits.

An Hour of Silent Cinema


A screening of Dziga Vertov’s 1929 silent film Man with a Movie Camera accompanied by the Jazz Quartet Classic ensemble. This event will appeal to people of all ages and tastes. The audience will be transported back a hundred years to a time when music was the most important part of cinema.

The closing ceremony will include performances by some of the region’s best group acts. Prizes will also be awarded to the winners of the various Far East Street creative competitions. The audience can look forward to a quiz with prizes from the regions.
