BY AIR

Flights to Vladivostok

Vladivostok International Airport is located at the crossroads of the air routes connecting the Russian Far East with the Asia-Pacific region.

Information about flights and booking tickets can be found on the airport’s website.

The travel time from Vladivostok International Airport to FEFU is approximately 60 minutes, depending on traffic.

During the Forum, free shuttles will run between Vladivostok International Airport and the Forum venue. Participants can use the accredited vehicle with driver rental service

More information about badge collection and transport services will be available on website nearer the time of the event.

BY TRAIN

Vladivostok is the terminal station of the world’s longest railway, the Trans-Siberian Railway. This railway runs from Vladivostok to Moscow, passing through regional centres across Russia.

The Ocean train runs daily from Khabarovsk to Vladivostok. The journey takes between 11 hours and 13 hours 30 minutes, depending on the departure time.

ARRIVAL AND PARKING OF VESSELS AT VLADIVOSTOK BAYS

You can travel to Vladivostok by private yacht.

Please note: From 00:00 on 2 September 2024 to 24:00 on 6 September 2024, you must have an application approved by the Organizing Committee to access the waters of Peter the Great Bay in Novik Bay, which are bound from the northwest by a line from Cape Doronin to Cape Shigina, the waters of Ajax and Paris bays, which are bound from the northeast by a line from Cape Novosilsky to Cape Zhitkov, as well as the waters of Amur Bay under a low-water bridge with a 500-metre exclusion zone to the west and east of the bridge.

Participants can apply for a permit until 28 August 2024 via the Roscongress personal account. Please go to the ‘My events’ section of the Roscongress personal account and select EEF 2024. Next, go to the ‘Event dashboard’ section and submit a request form in the ‘Access of vessels to the bays’ section.
