The organizers of the 6th Eastern Economic Forum, which takes place on 2–4 September in Vladivostok, are offering guests a number of services related to booking plane tickets, organizing hotel accommodation and dining.
“Providing the most comfortable environment possible for participants in terms of accommodation, transport and dining when holding major international sociopolitical and economic events is a priority for the Roscongress Foundation. Participants at the Eastern Economic Forum will be able to take advantage of all classic services, ensuring that the event is a success,” said Deputy CEO and Director of Services of the Roscongress Foundation Ekaterina Rakcheeva.
Hotel Accommodations
The organizers have prepared over 5,700 hotel rooms for participants, media representatives, and employees of supporting organizations in over 20 hotels. Of these, 1,700 rooms are available in Vladivostok and another approximately 4,000 are located on the FEFU campus.
If assistance with accommodations are needed, participants and journalists should send a request noting their preferred hotels, number of rooms, and full names of the guests to the email booking@forumvostok.ru or submit a request through the Services section of the official Forum website (forumvostok.ru). Applications will be accepted until 20 August.

Airplane Tickets
Aeroflot, the official airline of EEF, is offering participants the opportunity to reserve spots on flights travelling the following routes: Moscow – Vladivostok from 30 August to 2 September; Vladivostok – Moscow from 4 to 6 September. Participants can book economy and comfort class tickets through their Roscongress personal accounts after confirming their participation.

Participant Dining
EEF 2021 participants will have access to two coffee break areas and three paid restaurants (including a seafood restaurant) on the FEFU campus and media representatives will have access to a coffee break area and a restaurant in the press centre. The dining areas will be organized in accordance with Rospotrebnadzor and the Administration of Primorye Territory health and safety recommendations.
