An invitation for foreign visitors is a separate document from a Forum invitation. The document could be generated in the Roscongress personal account (follow the tabs My events – EEF 2023 – Event dashboard – Visa support).
OR
2) obtain an electronic visa (available for citizens of 55 foreign countries).
For more information, please visit the Entry to Russia for foreign participants section.
It is not required to present the results of a PCR test for entry into the Russian Federation or to quarantine after arrival in Vladivostok.
