After receiving your application, we will contact you to clarify any information and discuss organizational matters.
If a single client is holding multiple consecutive signings, separate applications must be completed for each agreement being signed and sent to the email address provided above. If there are more than three documents to sign, please notify us at press.centre@roscongress.org to receive a batch application form to complete. Please note that applications for protocol and organizational support services for events to be held in the Eastern Economic Forum press centre will be accepted only if a corresponding request to book a room in the press centre has been submitted.
