The EEF Telegram bot will help the Forum’s participants and guests quickly find answers to
their most pressing questions.
The device uses the knowledge base
of the chat bot that is available on the Eastern Economic Forum’s website. Use
Telegram to find out where to get a badge or take a PCR test to gain access to
the venue, learn more about the services that are available, and view the Forum
programme and a map of the venue.
The chatbot was created with the support of the Interregional Contact Centre.
The Interregional Contact Centre is a
business partner for digital marketing, communications, delegate and product
management, as well as for the development and introduction of the Roscongress
Foundation’s IT products and technological development.
