Concerts by the Russian National Youth Symphony Orchestra and virtuoso pianist, People’s Artist of Russia Denis Matsuev will be held at the Vladivostok Seasons Culture Festival as part of the Eastern Economic Forum 2024. The Eastern Economic Forum 2024 is organized by the Roscongress Foundation.
“The Vladivostok Seasons Festival has established itself as one of the main cultural platforms not only in Vladivostok, but also in the entire Far East. The leading Russian and foreign cultural figures perform under this brand. I am sure that these concerts will become a gem in the cultural programme of the Eastern Economic Forum and will give Vladivostok residents and guests an opportunity to enjoy world-class music,” noted Ekaterina Ivanova, Head of Creative Projects Directorate at the Roscongress Foundation.
Concerts by Denis Matsuev and the orchestra will take place on 5 and 6 September at the Mariinsky Theatre’s Primorsky Stage and in Ploshchad Bortsov Revolyutsii in Vladivostok. The Vladivostok Seasons Festival programme also includes jazz evenings, which will be held daily from 3 to 6 September in Vladivostok’s Nagorny Park.
The Vladivostok Seasons Festival traditionally brings together cultural events, including exhibitions, presentations, classical and contemporary music concerts for EEF participants and Primorye residents.
The 9th Eastern Economic Forum will be held on 3–6 September 2024 in Vladivostok on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University. The Forum’s business agenda will be complemented by a rich cultural and sports programme. Traditionally, the ‘Far East Street’ exhibition will be organized, where visitors will be able to learn about the region’s cultural, economic and innovation potential.

Great Bustard Exploring Kalmykia’s Steppe
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, VNII Ecologia, the Government of the Republic of Kalmykia, the Roscongress Foundation and Kamchatka Falcon Centre, with the participation of experts and foundations from the Gulf countries, continue to work on the implementation of the order of the President of the Russian Federation and the comprehensive action plan for the establishment of Russian centres for the reintroduction and conservation of falconiform birds in Kamchatka Territory and bustards in the Republic of Kalmykia.
