Winners of the Far East Corporate Games Receive Football Tickets

The Far East Corporate Games opened the sporting programme of the 4th Eastern Economic Forum. More than 500 people from 24 companies in Primorye Territory competed in nine different sports.

“The format of the Corporate Games has become an organic continuation of the Forum’s business agenda and is developing quickly. Deputy Governor of Primorye Territory Pavel Serebryakov headed the games’ opening ceremony. Approximately 80% of the teams were composed of employees from the country’s leading companies and Primorye Territory’s largest enterprises, whose executives will be participating in EEF 2018. The sizable interest in the games is evidence of the demand for sporting events from the economically active part of the region’s population. The development of sports infrastructure will also be discussed during the Forum’s business programme. Meanwhile, the corporate games offer FC Luch a platform for targeted work with a potential audience”, explained Roscongress Foundation Deputy CEO Georgy Bryusov.

Sixteen teams competed in the Games’ mini-football tournament, but the employees of SUEK were unmatched. One of the prizes for the winners and runners-up of the mini-football tournament were tickets to the friendly match between Russia’s FC Luch and China’s Yanbian Funde FC, which will also be held on 11 September as part of the Eastern Economic Forum’s Sporting Programme. The winner of the team event at the Far East Corporate Games was Vladkhleb, whose team came out victorious in five of the Games’ categories.
