‘The Country’s Human Potential’ ecosystem of the Roscongress Foundation projects

The Roscongress Foundation is developing an ecosystem of its own social, educational, and youth projects and initiatives called ‘The Country’s Human Potential’. The Foundation’s projects are aimed at supporting young people, building an inclusive society, developing accessible education, providing career guidance and adaptation, and boosting the efficiency of finding and employing talented specialists.

At the Eastern Economic Forum, the Foundation will present the project ecosystem of ‘The Country’s Human Potential’, as well as a new project entitled ‘The Country’s Human Potential: Careers,’ in which participating companies can publish vacancies and young professionals can find jobs and internships.

Today, the ecosystem of The Country’s Human Potential projects includes:

• School Friend , is a social project assisting children and adolescents who are experiencing difficulties in life. As well as helping with adaptation and socialization, it also provides classes on the school curriculum and offers help with preparing for exams.
• RC Skills is an inclusive project that offers new opportunities for people with disabilities to find work.
• The Hunter’s Day Career Project is dedicated to developing regional human resource projects and initiatives, expanding local employment opportunities, and creating a talent pool of young specialists with the view to addressing personnel shortages in the regions.
• RC Commonwealth is a project aimed at promoting the Roscongress Foundation’s initiatives and fostering cooperation with the countries of the CIS. Areas of focus include the social sphere, education, business, and culture.
• DreamteaM is a division of the Roscongress Foundation’s Participant Relations Directorate and serves as a comprehensive educational centre where hundreds of students and university graduates undergo training and internships each year. DreamteaM implements specialized training and career development programmes and has developed effective, modern training sessions along with a knowledge base in the form of online courses on its own educational platform, KLYUCH.PRO.
• The Country’s Human Potential: Careers is a technological platform offering opportunities for young professionals and recent university graduates without work experience. Its chatbot provides access to job vacancies and internships, including positions for individuals with disabilities.

The chatbot offers basic information about companies, vacancies, and internships across specific regions, industries, and specialties. In the For People with Disabilities section, users can find career programmes specifically designed for people with disabilities.

The Country’s Human Potential: Careers includes:

• A chatbot with a database of numerous vacancies and internships from the country’s leading companies.
• Opportunities for specialists without work experience to build a career.
• Direct access for companies to active and motivated youth.
• Career opportunities for people with disabilities.

The project’s database of opportunities is constantly being updated with vacancies and internships from leading Russian companies which take part in Roscongress Foundation events.

At the Eastern Economic Forum, the project will be available to participants via touch screen, as well as through a convenient chatbot on the website career.roscongress.org and on Telegram: t.me/Country_Potential_bot.
