Online Session to Address Development of Experience Industry in Far East in Run-up to EEF 2021

The EEF 2021 online session ‘How to Turn the Far East into Asia’s Largest Exporter of Experiences’ will take place on 10 August at 09:00 Moscow time. The event is being initiated by the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation with the support of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Roscongress Foundation.

 

At present, there is clear demand among Russian tourists for vacations in the regions of the Far East. In addition, the macro-region is attracting more and more attention from foreign tourism business. How can we realize the potential of the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District? What instruments will help attract investments and accelerate the development of infrastructure? How should we promote the sights of the Far East and include them in international tourism routes? The participants in the online session will discuss these and other questions. The results of the discussion will form the basis of a thematic section of the business programme of the 6th Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok on 24 September.
