High-quality, professional communication guarantees success in any business. An important part of forum events is to bring people together to create new business connections, to get like-minded people to exchange ideas and find ways to work together down the road. Networking allows participants to meet a wider range of people to solve tasks of a professional or personal nature. What really makes networking special, though, is when connections grow into strong ties and then relationships of trust, useful exchanges of experience, and future collaboration.

The creation of campuses in the Far East is seen as a factor in the transformation of science, education and technological entrepreneurship in order to reduce the migration outflow of young people. However, in order to understand how world-class campuses affect the development of human capital, it is important to comprehensively study the possibilities of productive interaction between technological business, government, education and science within the new urban environment. The emergence of a world-class campus should stimulate the development of new scientific areas, new approaches to education, the development of new technological businesses and can simultaneously become an assembly point and transformation of a modern city, changing points of interest and attraction, environment and culture of interaction.
- What should Far Eastern campuses be like, do they have a special code and identity?
- How to ensure world-class quality and service in the Far East campus?
- Will the campus ensure seamless interaction between the university, business and the city?
- How does the campus affect business activity?
- What is the role of campuses in the programming of the territory and the socio-cultural development of the city?
- How to effectively manage campuses and support the educational, scientific and innovative component?

Science and technology form the keystone of global competitiveness and are crucial to economic growth and social prosperity. However, little progress can be made without focusing on new knowledge and effectively applying it in everyday life. This means that education in the sciences is now beginning to play a key role, both in terms of fostering a general scientific culture in society, and in making science an appealing career option for young people. Numerous initiatives have already been launched as part of the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia, with the aim of expanding the scope of education in the sciences. Whether these are successful depends on many factors. These include the people who are involved and their ability to interact together, communication channels, the accessibility of information and the way it is presented, the content and reach of said information, and cultural, social and other aspects relating to the audience. This poses new questions and challenges for those involved in science-related communications. Is there open and equal access to knowledge in the field of popular science? What should be the goals underlying science-related communications, and how should these best be achieved? Who is the target audience for content relating to popular science? What are their interests? How can the results of scientific work be presented in an appealing way, without running the risk of losing the substance under fancy packaging? Is it possible to foster a scientific culture in society? If so, how? What indicators should be used to assess the social impact of efforts to popularize science?

The imposition of sanctions meant that Russia was subject to a technological blockade by unfriendly countries. This in turn has had an impact on the availability of engineering equipment. What measures should be taken to boost local production following the departure of traditional producers?
Topics for discussion:
- How long might it take to transition to Russian equipment?
- What forms of government support might help achieve this goal? What measures are already in place?
- What challenges and opportunities exist according to industry participants?
- What experience can be adopted from European and Asian manufacturers in terms of creating new production bases, such as full-cycle clusters?
- What can be done to help supply the industry with qualified personnel?
