Access to forum venue

1. Calculate your route to arrive at the venue in advance, at least 1 hours before the event you are interested in is due to begin.
2. The journey time from the city centre to the FEFU campus is approximately half an hour while the journey time from the airport to the FEFU campus is approximately half an hour.
   During the Forum, the traffic volumes on Vladivostok transport routes are expected to be high, so plan more time for your journey.
3. Please carefully review how to get to the venue
• Accredited vehicles with transport pass.

  Depending on your type of transport pass and its parking index, accredited vehicles can access:

  • The pick-up/drop-off zone near building A (level 6) and one of the off-site parking areas C, D, or E. In this case, you should enter through the Centre 2 checkpoint, make a quick stop in the pick-up/drop-off zone, and then leave the Forum venue.
  • The territory of the FEFU campus and one of the parking areas on the campus (GR-2B, GR-4, parking areas near the buildings – K). If the parking index K is indicated, then the car can be parked at residential buildings 1, 2, 4, 5, 6.1, 6.2, 9, 10, 11. The parking area is indicated on your transport pass. In this case, you should enter the territory of the FEFU campus through the Centre 2, North 1, or South 2 checkpoints depending on your assigned parking area and whether or not you have an assigned driver. You can drive around the territory of the FEFU campus. If your vehicle will be at the Forum venue for a long period of time, you must leave it in the parking area indicated on your transport pass.
• Shuttle buses. Shuttle buses to FEFU from the participants' accommodation, Vladivostok International Airport and off-site parking areas stop on the opposite side of the Central checkpoint 2, without entering the FEFU campus.
• Non-accredited vehicles and taxis. Non-accredited vehicles and taxis may pick up and drop off passengers at Universitetsky Prospekt, Central checkpoint 1, to the left of the pedestrian crossing or on the opposite side of the Central checkpoint 2 at ‘FEFU campus’ bus stops on both sides of Universitetsky Prospekt.

HOW DO I ENTER THE FORUM VENUE?

1. Picking up your badge

We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at one of the accreditation points in Moscow or Vladivostok.

To pick up your badge, please check that you have uploaded all the necessary data to your Roscongress personal account.

The badge will be active once you present a negative PCR test result. You do not need to take a PCR test to collect your badge. You can collect your badge and then take a PCR test or do it in the reverse order.

The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.

You must carry your badge and identity document (passport) with you at all times while at the Forum venue.

2. Take a PCR test

1. Provide information about immunity in the Roscongress personal account or personal web office (for the media and organizations)
2. Find your ID in the Roscongress personal account or personal web office (for media and organizations) and keep it in mind
3. Sign up for PCR testing in the Roscongress personal account or personal web office (for media and organizations)
4. Pay for PCR testing
5. Print, fill out and sign consent forms for medical intervention and to the processing of personal data
6. Provide your Forum participant ID at the Forum testing centre or using the off-site testing

3. Please leave items prohibited at the venue at your accommodations

Upon arrival, each participant will have to go through the access control procedure. You may be asked to turn on your phone or laptop and show other equipment that you brought to the venue.

To avoid any inconveniences with access to the Forum events, we recommend that participants leave items that are prohibited at the Forum venue at their hotels.

There should be no large closed containers, bags, liquids in containers of more than 500 ml, or any other items prohibited at the Forum venue in the vehicle.

4. Don’t forget your passport

Please don’t forget to bring an identifying document (passport) with you to the venue.

You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Forum venue.
