    For press events of any format: press conferences, briefings, and agreement signing ceremonies.

    Total area: 100 m2
    Location: level 3, building A
    Capacity: 42 seats, five-person panel
    Equipment: conference system, radio microphones, simultaneous interpreting equipment, speaker’s podium, plasma screen.
    Cost: RUB 66,125 per 45 minutes (excluding VAT)

    Capacity: 55 seats, six-person panel
    Equipment: conference system, radio microphones, simultaneous interpreting equipment, speaker’s podium, room for speakers, plasma screen.
    Cost: RUB 66,125 per 45 minutes (excluding VAT)

    The cost of reserving a room for agreement signing ceremonies includes:

    Provision of a specially equipped room for up to 30 minutes

    Services for organizing and holding the event:

    • · preparation of the room for agreement signing ceremonies
    • · room management during the event
    • · announcement of the event to EEF-accredited media representatives:
    •    – announcement of the event via the press centre’s public address system
    •    – sending of text message notifications to EEF-accredited media representatives
    •    – posting of agreement signing ceremony announcements at information stands in the press centre, and in the international broadcasting centre
    •    – inclusion of the ceremony in the press events programme
    • ·  simultaneous interpreting services

    Applications to book spaces for agreement signing ceremonies will be accepted until 31 August 2017.

     

     INTERVIEW FACILITIES

    Interview room

    Area: 106 m2

    Location: level 4, building G

    Equipment: 2 soft couches, coffee table, 10 chairs.

    Cost: RUB 43,500 per 45 minutes (excluding VAT)

    The cost of reserving an interview room includes:

    • · provision of space with branded wall panels for a period of up to 45 minutes
    • · furniture: coffee tables and armchairs appropriate to the size of the room

    Applications to book interview rooms will be accepted until 31 August 2017.

     

    LIVE MEDIA STANDS

    These stands offer EEF official programme participants an opportunity to talk to media representatives.

    Live media stands are decorated in the EEF style and equipped with sound amplification systems.

    Live media stands are made available free of charge.

    Applications to book live media stands will be accepted until 31 August 2017.

    It will be possible to book now customary protocol and administrative support services for agreement signing ceremonies and press conferences at any venue within the press centre provided by the EEF Organizing Committee for press events (press conferences, briefings, agreement signing ceremonies, interviews, and press access events).
