EEF Official Magazine Released

Roscongress Foundation has released the official periodical of the 4th Eastern Economic Forum. The publication’s key issues are the role of Asia-Pacific in the world economy, development of investment potential and improvement of living conditions in the Russian Far East, as well as advanced technologies to drive economy of the region and of the whole country. 

The traditional high status of the magazine’s authors is once again confirmed by interviews with Alexander Kozlov, the Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East, and Hiroshige Sekō, Japanese Minister of Economy, Trade, and Industry, as well as with heads of leading Russian and foreign companies from different economic sectors from IT to food and mining industries. 

‘The wide variety of opinions that is common for Roscongress forums is also reflected in the EEF magazine. It covers the key issues of the Forum’s business agenda and contributes to achieving its main goal – unlocking the great potential of the Russian Far East’, said Anton Kobyakov, Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation.

The publication especially highlights cultural and entertainment aspects. The readers will learn the story of the Russian first judo athlete and creator of sambo, Vasily Oshchepkov. They will discover relatively unknown facts about the history of Orthodoxy in Japan (in view of the exhibition of the Russian Historical Society that will take place during EEF), and look into Korean roots of a Russian rock icon Viktor Tsoi. 

The magazine features famous people originating from the Russian Far East: Ilya Lagutenko, head of a famous music band Mumiy Troll, and Yuri Gazinsky, a football player who has stroke the first goal of the 2018 Football Championship.  

The magazine is decorated with the stunning wildlife photos from the Far East taken by talented Russian photographers. 

The publication is issued in Russian and English and will be distributed at EEF venues, as well as on board of Aeroflot flights enrooted Vladivostok – Moscow. It will also be delivered to representatives of different authorities.
