The procedure for passing PCR tests for EEF-2024

Eastern Economic Forum participants, media representatives, and personnel must be tested for COVID-19 to visit the venue.

Tests must be taken the day before the first visit to the venue but not earlier than 07:00 on 30 August, Vladivostok time. A single PCR test is sufficient to attend all Forum events except for the plenary session and events with the President of the Russian Federation.

            Before having your test:

·       Please provide the necessary immunity information in your regular personal account or personal account for media representatives

·       Sign up for a PCR testing in the regular personal account or personal account for media representatives

·       Pay for the test in one of the four ways provided

·       Print out and fill in the consent forms for medical treatment and processing of personal data

·       Go for your test at one of the official testing centres with your badge or the ID indicated in the regular personal account or personal account for media representatives

PCR tests must be taken at one the official Forum testing centres organized by Rospotrebnadzor in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Vladivostok or an accredited regional lab in one of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and must be paid for by the participant.

A negative COVID-19 PCR test result automatically activates access to the venue by accreditation badge and is good for the duration of the Forum. To attend the Forum plenary session, an additional PCR test is required 24 hours before the session.

Detailed information about the opening hours of testing points, costs, and prevention measures can be found on the official EEF website
