The
common district commission of the Russian award “The best exporters of the
year” chose 10 winners in the Far Eastern Federal District on the 29th
of August.
The
winner of “The best exporter of the year in industrial sphere” nomination in
the category “small and medium-sized enterprises” is “Karvi Company” LTD which products
window systems and exports them to Japan. The winner of the category “large
enterprises” is “U-UAZ” company, the helicopter industrialist, which sells its
products to the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, Africa and Latin America.
This company is also the winner of “New geography” nomination.
“Russian
export” LTD which exports goods to China is the winner of “The best exporter of
the year in the sphere of agro-industrial complex” nomination in the category
“small and medium-sized enterprises”. The agricultural company
“Amuragrocomplex” LTD is the winner of the “large enterprises category”. This
company is one of the biggest exporters of soybean and grain to the countries
of the Asia-Pacific region.
The winner of “The best exporter of the year in
the sphere of services” nomination in the category “small and medium-sized
enterprises” is “Continent – Tau” LTD which works on the automation of
processes in industrial enterprises and dispatching of engineering structures.
The winner of the “large enterprises” category is “Primoravtotrans” PJSC which
provides road and cargo transportation services in China, Mongolia and the
Republic of Korea.
The
winner of “The best exporter of the year in the sphere of high technologies”
nomination in the category “small and medium-sized enterprises” is the
“Telematic solutions” which produces systems of tire pressure and temperature
monitoring and exports them to Mexico, the United States of America and Canada. The winner of the “large enterprises”
category is the company “Dalenergomash” which is specialized in pharmaceutical
production. It exports goods to Japan, the United States of America, Mongolia,
Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Moldova and Tajikistan.
The
winner of the nomination “Breakthrough of the year” is the “Eco Toys” company
which products toys made of natural wood. This company exports its toys to
Canada, the United States of America, to the countries of the Asia-Pacific
region and the European Union.
“The
necessity of non-energy commodity exports developing is obvious for Russian
economy. The Far Eastern Federal District also contributes to the promotion of
Russian products. “The best exporters of the year” award was established in
order to support and develop Russian enterprises which export goods and services
abroad. It is very important for us to note “the champions”, emphasize their
achievements at the governmental level”, - said Andrey Slepnev, the CEO of
“Russian Export Center” JSC.
An
overall amount of participants has exceeded 1200 companies. The most popular
nomination in the Far East Federal District is “The best exporter of the year
in the sphere of agro-industrial complex”. Most of the winners were from
Primorsky Region.
“The
results of this competition is not only great honor for us but also great
recognition of the work of our experts. Primorsky Region pays much attention to
the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and acts as an economic outpost
of the country. We hope that our companies will successfully perform in the
Grand Final of the competiton”, - said Oleg Kozhemiako, the Governor of
Primorsky Region.
The companies of the Far Eastern Federal
District had exported goods and services worth USD 14 billion for the first six
months of 2019 year. The fastest growing sectors are: frozen fish and shellfish
deliveries, cargo and passenger vessels export, semi-finished unalloyed steel
and gas turbines. Non-raw goods delivery export to CIS has increased on more
than 70 million USD compared to last year.
The
best export-oriented enterprises will be awarded with the “The best exporters of the year” title on the 4th of
September at the Eastern Economic Forum. The award ceremony will take place

District
winners will compete for the “The best exporters of the year” award in November
2019 at “Made in Russia” Forum in Moscow.

Great Bustard Exploring Kalmykia’s Steppe
