On 3 September, the Roscongress Foundation signed a cooperation agreement with the Canadian Permafrost Association at the Eastern Economic Forum. Chairman and CEO of the Roscongress Foundation Alexander Stuglev and President of the Canadian Permafrost Association Lucas Arenson took part in the ceremony
This agreement will foster efficient communication between Russian expert, business and political communities and the Canadian Permafrost Association.
“Our priorities include developing joint international communication platforms that will facilitate intergovernmental cooperation in multiple fields. They will also help foster existing partner ties and establish new ones among representatives of business communities. These platforms will help build a constructive dialogue and promote cooperation in investment, finance, export, import, tourism, and culture,” said Alexander Stuglev.
Dr. Arenson added «On behalf of the Canadian Permafrost Association I am honored to be here at the Eastern Economic Forum and sign this agreement with the Roscongress Foundation, formalizing this new partnership. Great Bustard Exploring Kalmykia’s Steppe
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, VNII Ecologia, the Government of the Republic of Kalmykia, the Roscongress Foundation and Kamchatka Falcon Centre, with the participation of experts and foundations from the Gulf countries, continue to work on the implementation of the order of the President of the Russian Federation and the comprehensive action plan for the establishment of Russian centres for the reintroduction and conservation of falconiform birds in Kamchatka Territory and bustards in the Republic of Kalmykia.

2nd Falcon Day International Forum Dates Announced
The Organizing Committee of the 2nd Falcon Day International Forum met in Moscow under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Viktoria Abramchenko. The meeting was attended by representatives of the federal executive authorities and regional heads of the Russian Federation.
