Land plot development concepts contest is held for the third time, RIA Novosti reports.

On 20 March of this year Agency for the Development of Human Capital in the Far East (HCFE) launched the contest of ideas and projects called The Far Eastern Hectare. The contest is held with the support of the Ministry of Development of Russian Far East and will continue until 15 July. The results will be announced in early August. The winners in the following nominations will be awarded: The Best Implemented/On-going Project, The Best Idea for Collaborative Development, The Best Investment Hectare Project, The Most Unusual Idea and the Best Business Plan.
