The full business programme of the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) 2024 with a list of all the
speakers has been released on the official EEF website. The Forum will take place on 3–6 September in Vladivostok on the campus of
Far Eastern Federal University. The EEF is being organized by the Roscongress
Foundation.
“Each year, the main
theme of the Eastern Economic Forum is selected based on what is most relevant
to the current global agenda. Unfortunately, the
current international situation is marked by growing tensions, mistrust, and
the destruction of well-established economic and cultural ties. Nevertheless,
when it comes to the environment of the Far East and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region, the overwhelming majority
of countries are committed to continuing and intensifying cooperation with
Russia. The Eastern Economic Forum is an effective tool for this. Politicians
and representatives of the business community in
Russia and dozens of other countries already know well that the EEF addressed
the most important strategic issues concerning the development of the Far
Eastern Federal District and the entire Asia-Pacific region,” Deputy Prime Minister and
Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern
Federal District Yury Trutnev said.
The main theme of the EEF in 2024 is
‘Far East 2030. Combining Strengths to Create New Potential’. The business events of the EEF 2024 are split into seven

“The Russian Far East is

unlock the potential of this territory. Creating such exclusive tools is one of
the main goals of the Eastern Economic Forum. As part of the business

comfortable and safe living environment, and many other topics. The high level
of international representation at the Forum will expand the multilateral and
