Dmitry Medvedev invites members of the business community in Asia-Pacific Region countries to take part in the Eastern Economic Forum – 2019

The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation made this announcement during his address at the APEC CEO Summit in Papua New Guinea on 17 November 2018, the Russian Government website says.

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev invited companies from the Asia-Pacific Region that are not familiar with the projects underway in the Russian Far East to take part in the 5th Eastern Economic Forum, which will be held in Vladivostok on 4–6 September 2019.

"We have worked hard to create the most comfortable environment for doing business in the Far East, comparable with the best world analogues. As a result, it has become one of the most promising centres for creating technological and industrial alliances and implementing large projects. These unique opportunities are being used by many companies from the Asia-Pacific countries, primarily from China, Japan, Korea, India, and a number of ASEAN countries.

For those who have not yet had a chance to check this out, it gives me great pleasure to invite you to join us at the Eastern Economic Forum, which is annually held in Vladivostok in early September," said Prime Minister Medvedev.
