The Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) 2024 will take place on 3–6 September at
Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok. The EEF is being organized by
the Roscongress Foundation.
“To date, over 4,200 people from more than 40 countries and territories
have confirmed that they will participate in the EEF 2024. Today, the EEF is a
key business platform for strategic and practical cooperation in the
Asia-Pacific region. The mechanisms developed by EEF participants dictate the
development trajectory of the macro-region and secure Russia’s status as one of
the main decision-making centres in the interests of the sovereign states of
the Asia-Pacific region. The EEF also has a major influence on the development
of the Russian Far East. The Forum introduces investors to the potential of the
Far Eastern regions, which, for their part, are becoming important territories
for international economic cooperation. This has a direct impact on
improvements in the quality of life of Far Easterners,” Adviser to the Russian
President and Executive Secretary of the EEF Organizing Committee Anton
Kobyakov said.

European business on the sidelines of international forums: prospects for cooperation
Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov held a meeting with Conoscere Eurasia Association President Antonio Fallico in Moscow at which they discussed prospects for trade and economic relations in the Greater Eurasia space and identified opportunities for cooperation between Russian and European businesses on the sidelines of international forums.
