ACCREDITATION BADGE

The EEF 2019 venue and a number of cultural and sporting events may only be accessed with an accreditation badge.

In order to avoid any inconvenience when accessing the venue, participants are advised to leave any items prohibited at the EEF venue at their accommodation or in their vehicle.

The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.

Participants should keep their badges and identity documents with them at all times at the Forum venue.

If the accreditation badge is lost or damaged, a participant should go to the Help Desk or any accreditation point, or call +7 (499) 7000 111. The lost badge will be blocked and a duplicate will be issued upon a written request of the badge holder.

HOW TO COLLECT YOUR BADGE

Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person (upon presenting the identity document that is indicated in the personal web office) or by a third party acting on the basis of a power of attorney.

If there have been any changes to a participant’s ID since the application was completed, the personal data in the personal web office needs to be updated accordingly. If changes need to be made to fields that cannot be edited, the participant should inform Forum organizers through the Roscongress Foundation specialist.

Before issuing a badge, an accreditation point attendant will make sure that the data specified in the personal web office the ID document. In the event of any discrepancies, it will not be possible to issue a badge the same day.

HOW TO COLLECT A BADGE BY AN AUTHORIZED THIRD PARTY

If a participant’s badge is collected by a third party using a power of attorney, the authorized person must present the following:

** Without a list and copies of the passports of all participants to be accredited, the power of attorney is not valid. Copies of passports will be returned once badges have been issued.

ACCREDITATION POINTS

We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at one of the accreditation points in Moscow or Vladivostok.

Please note that participants can pay the participation fee in cash or with a bank card at the financial services stands at Accreditation Centre 1 (FEFU, building M). There is a 5.5% commission charged when paying at the financial services stand.

If a participant uses an accredited vehicle to reach the Forum venue, the vehicle driver must also be accredited. Driver badges and transport passes are issued at Accreditation Centre 1 (FEFU, building M). Transport passes and driver badges are issued according to the timetable that is be available in the ‘Accreditation of personal vehicles’ section.
