Signing ceremony hall 1

For press events of any format: press conferences, briefings, and agreement signing ceremonies.

Capacity: 42 seats, five-person panel
Equipment: conference system, wireless microphones, simultaneous interpreting equipment, lighting equipment, speaker’s podium, plasma screen
Cost: RUB 73,000 per 45 minutes (excluding VAT)

Signing ceremony hall 2

For press events of any format: press conferences, briefings, and agreement signing ceremonies.

Location: level 5, building A
Capacity: 40 seats, five-person panel
Equipment: conference system, wireless microphones, simultaneous interpreting equipment, lighting equipment, speaker’s podium, room for speakers, plasma screen
Cost: RUB 73,000 per 45 minutes (excluding VAT)

Briefing hall

For press events of any format: press conferences, briefings, and agreement signing ceremonies.

Total area: 79 m²
Location: level 3, building G
Capacity: 66 seats, six-person panel
Equipment: conference system, wireless microphones, simultaneous interpreting equipment, lighting equipment, speaker’s podium, room for speakers, two plasma screens
Cost: RUB 73,000 per 45 minutes (excluding VAT)

The cost of booking a room for press events includes:

• Provision of a specially equipped room for up to 45 minutes
• Assistance with organisational and administrative aspects:
  • Preparation of the room for agreement signing ceremonies
  • Room management during the event
  • Announcement of the event to EEF-accredited media representatives:
    • Announcement of the event via the loud-speaker system at the press centre
    • Text message notifications for accredited EEF media representatives
    • Announcements about press events at information points located in the press centre and in the International Broadcast Centre
    • Inclusion of the event in the press events programme
• Simultaneous interpreting services

Signing ceremony point

Total area: 24 m²
Location: level 6, building B
Seating capacity: four-person panel
Equipment: sound amplifier, lighting equipment, 2 wireless microphones
Cost: RUB 110,000 per 15 minutes* (excluding VAT)

The cost of booking a signing ceremony point includes:

• Exclusive access to a specially equipped signing ceremony point for up to 15 minutes*
• Protocol and administrative support for up to three agreement signing ceremonies
• Assistance with organisational and administrative aspects:
  • Setting up of a signing point for the agreement signing ceremony
  • Managing the signing point during the event
  • Announcement of the event to EEF-accredited media representatives:
    • Announcement of the event via the loud-speaker system at the press centre
    • Text message notifications for accredited EEF media representatives
    • Announcements about press events at information points located in the press centre and in the International Broadcast Centre
    • Inclusion of the event in the press events programme

Interview facilities

Interview room

Area: 106 m²
Location: level 4, building G
Equipment: 2 soft couches, coffee table, 10 chairs, lighting equipment
Cost: RUB 48,000 per 45 minutes (excluding VAT)

The cost of booking the interview room includes:

• Provision of a room with branded wall panels for a period of up to 45 minutes
• Furniture: coffee tables and armchairs appropriate to the size of the room

Applications to book the interview room will be accepted until 30 August 2019.

Press points

Press points offer EEF official programme participants the opportunity to talk to media representatives.

Location

Press points are decorated in the EEF style and equipped with sound amplifiers and lighting equipment.

Press points are available free of charge.

Applications to book press points will be accepted until 30 August 2019.

It will be possible to book the customary protocol and administrative support services for agreement signing ceremonies and press conferences at any room within the press centre provided by the EEF Organizing Committee for press events (press conferences, briefings, agreement signing ceremonies, interviews, and press events).
