RENTING A MEETING ROOM AT THE EASTERN ECONOMIC FORUM MAIN VENUE


To address participants’ business needs, the organizers of the Eastern Economic Forum 2018 (EEF 2018) would like to offer convenient meeting rooms for up to 14 people. Meeting rooms are ideal for gatherings and conducting negotiations with business partners. Rooms can be rented for the duration of EEF 2018. The rental package includes all the necessary equipment and furniture, plus light refreshments (tea, coffee, water, and biscuits).

Submit a request to the Roscongress Foundation by email at business@roscongress.org.

Your request will be processed within 10 business days.

The deadline for requests is 27 August 2018.

The EEF 2018 Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny a request without offering any explanation.
