The Roscongress Lounge is a specially designated business networking area set up by the Roscongress Foundation and supported by EY; it is located on the FEFU Campus, building A, level 4.
Booking the meeting room in the Roscongress Lounge supported by EY
The meeting room in the Roscongress Lounge is available for booking in 20–30-minute increments.
The meeting room may be booked at the Lounge Administrator’s Stand or by filling out an application and emailing it to anna.kulagina@roscongress.org.
The service is offered free of charge provided the meeting room is available at the time for which the application is made.
