The main events of the Forum business programme and a number of cultural and sporting programme events may only be accessed with an accreditation badge.
The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties. You must carry your badge as well as your passport (or another identity document) with you at all times during the Forum. You must present your badge for verification upon request by security service officials.
Conditions for obtaining a badge
Accreditation badges are prepared in compliance with several conditions. Before obtaining a badge, please check that you have completed steps 1–6 in the diagram below.
* Requirements for badge photo: colour photo against a white background in JPEG formation, photo size 480×640 pixels, resolution (photo quality) of 300 dpi, full-face photo, with no head gear, and the image must take up at least 70% of the photo.
How to learn if your badge is ready
Before collecting your badge, we recommend checking in advance whether it is ready.
Collecting the participant’s badge
Starting from 28 August, participants may collect their accreditation badges in Moscow (World Trade Centre Moscow). Accreditation points will also be open in Vladivostok. We recommend picking up your badge prior to the start of Forum events.
Badges can be collected in person by presenting an identity document (passport) or by a third party using a power of attorney.
If a participant’s badge is collected by a third party using a power of attorney, the authorized person must present the documents listed in the diagram below:
** Copies of the participants’ passports will be returned upon collecting the badges.
Please note: when issuing badges, the accreditation stand operator verifies whether the information provided during registration is correct and up-to-date. If the information does not match, the badge cannot be issued on the day of the request.

Collecting the participant’s bag
Bags are issued upon presenting a participant’s badge at the participant bag distribution point (level 2, building A, FEFU).
Please note: the Forum material issuance desk can only be accessed through the blue Zone.
