MORE THAN 400 COMPANIES HAVE REGISTERED FOR PARTICIPATION IN EASTERN ECONOMIC FORUM

Preparation for Eastern Economic Forum was discussed on Monday at the action meeting in Vladivostok, headed by Yuri Trutnev, Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the Far East Federal District and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Government. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, “the event’s architecture is becoming clear. We understand that there will be several key blocks. One of them is the presentation of the advantages of East Russia, another one is the conversation on legislative support, priority development of territories, creation of a Free Port, and improvement of the region’s investment climate.” “The vector remains the same: we invite those guests who can make independent investment decisions. Around 3,500 people have already been invited to the forum,” says Yuri Trutnev. According to the Organizing Committee of EEF, more than 400 companies have already registered for participation. They include both well-known market players and start-up companies. Specific investment projects as well as the investment potential of Eastern Russian regions will be presented to all of them.
